1. Inquiry & qualification

Tell us what you want to build or sell: which product line (sleep, cycling, gaming, everyday), target market, and expected volumes. We reply within 24 hours with availability, rough MOQ and pricing direction.

• OEM/ODM buyers: send your product idea, reference product, or brand requirements.
• Distributors: share your market and channels so we can confirm territory availability.
• MOQ: from 500 pcs for C&Y brand finished goods; from 3,000 pcs for private-label / ODM customization. Every project is quoted individually.

2. Samples & spec confirmation

Before any deposit, you can evaluate our current products or a modified version:

• Sample cost — samples are purchased at cost; the amount is refundable against your first order.
• Spec sheet — dimensions, weight, battery, codec, mic performance and materials are locked in writing before production.
• Customization — logo, packaging, colors, ear tips and firmware branding can be confirmed at this stage.

3. Production & quality control

Once the sample is approved, production runs in our own factory with stage-by-stage checks:

• Incoming QC — components verified against the approved BOM.
• In-line QC — functional and cosmetic inspection during assembly.
• Final QC — 100% functional test plus random sampling before packing.
• Certification — we support CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC and UN38.3 for target markets, arranged per order.

4. Payment & delivery

• Terms — 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment.
• Lead times — quoted per order; own factory keeps cycles short and reorders priority.
• Shipping — sea, air or express, with our support on documentation.
